1. What promotional packs of Heineken® are valid?
Promotional packs of the follow pack formats are valid for the competitions: 4 x 330ml bottle 4-pack, 12 x 330ml bottle pack, 6 x 330ml can shrink wrap pack, 12 x 330ml can pack, 4 x 500ml can shrink wrap pack.

2. Something on the website or Facebook isn’t working – what should I do?
Please contact customerservices@heineken.co.uk and let the team know the device you are using, the browser you are using and include as much information on the problem as possible. The team will come back to you within 48 hours via the email address provided.

3. I don’t live in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Can I still enter?
No, unfortunately the promotion is only open to residents of the UK, Channels Islands and Isle of Man.

4. I’ve bought a pack and the promotion isn’t open yet, what should I do?
Keep your code to enter the BT Sport subscription prize between 00:00 on 14.10.16 and 23;59 02.06.17. The Champions Lounge prizes are available from 00:00 on 14.10.16 to 23.59 on 02.03.17.

5. I’m from Northern Ireland and I’m not being asked to enter my code?
Entrants from Northern Ireland are permitted to a ‘no purchase necessary’ entry policy to comply with legal restrictions.

6. I bought a promotional pack of Heineken® and I can’t find my code?
Your 12 digit code can be found printed beneath the Best Before End date on the individual bottles or cans within your pack. For the bottles this will be on the side and for the cans this will often be on the base. If there is no code, please contact the Customer Care team at customerservices@heineken.co.uk.

7. My code isn’t 12 digits – will it work?
There is a shorter code found on the outer packaging that may be 9 digits – this is not the correct code to use. The correct code is found on the individual bottle or can within your pack. For the bottles this will be on the side and for the cans this will often be on the base. If you cannot find your code, please contact the Customer Care team at customerservices@heineken.co.uk

8. My code doesn’t work, what should I do?
The code should be 12 digits and a mix of letters and numbers. Please contact the Customer Care team at customerservices@heineken.co.uk. and we will investigate for you. In some cases we will supply a new code for you to enter but you may be asked to provide proof of purchase.

9. My pack is damaged and I can’t read part or all of my code, what should I do?

10. My Heineken® pack has UEFA Champions League branding but my code won’t work?
Heineken UK Limited has created various UEFA Champions League branded packs, however the promotional packs are the ones with the BT Sport logo and branding on them.

11. I’ve bought a promotional pack but the competition is closed, what do I do?
Sorry, you are too late to enter this promotion. The Champions Lounge is open for entries between 00:00 on 14.10.16 and 23.59 on 02.03.17. The half-price BT Sport subscriptions are available between 00:00 on 14.10.16 and 23.59 on 02.06.17. Any entries after this period will be deemed invalid.

12. How many prizes are available?
There are 20 Champions Lounge experience available with one to be won weekly from 14.10.16 to 02.03.17. There are 4500 half-price BT Sport subscriptions to be won between 14.10.16 and 02.06.17. Only the winner of the Champions Lounge prize will be contacted each week, non-winners will not be contacted. For the half-price BT Sport subscriptions, winners will be notified instantly.

13. How are winners chosen?
Winners of the Champions Lounge will go into a random weekly prize draw for the first 20 weeks of the promotion with one winner picked every week. Winners of one of the 4500 BT Sport half-price subscriptions will be notified instantly by using a ‘Winning Moments’ mechanic.

14. What is a ‘Winning Moments’ mechanic?
Winning Moments are times and dates allocated throughout the promotion by an independent 3rd party in order to choose winners at random. The winner of each Winning Moment is the entrant who enters on or closest after each allocated Winning Moment and will be notified instantly.

15. How many times am I allowed to enter?
You can enter as many times as you wish, however codes can only be used once per email address per day.

16. How and when will I find out if I have won the Champions Lounge Prize?
All entrants will receive and email with confirmation into the draw, but only the winner will be called to confirm that they have won. The winner each week will be called on a Friday afternoon for the first 20 weeks of the promotion after each draw closes. Please see the terms and conditions for full details.

17. Who can I take to the Champions Lounge?
You can take up to four friends to the Champions Lounge experience but all guests must be over 18.

18. Am I allowed to give my Champions Lounge prize to someone else if I win?
No, unfortunately the prize is are non-transferable and the entrant must be one of the winners in the Champions Lounge.

19. What kind of access do I get to the BT Sport pundits?
Access will vary week to week depending on pundit availability in accordance with the BT Sport schedule, but winners should expect to have around 5 minutes of direct conversation with one or more of the BT Sport roster in the Champions Lounge via video or telephone link to the BT Sport studio. Pundits will not be available in person to join the Champions Lounge experience.

20. Where are the lounges and what is included?
There will be a guaranteed lounge in London, but there may be others available dependent on the location of the winner. The experience includes hire of an exclusive VIP apartment on UCL match night, food and drink for the guests, access to the BT Sport channel to watch a UCL match and conversation with one or more pundits. It does not include overnight stay in the VIP apartment or travel costs.

21. When do I have to use my Champions Lounge prize?
If you are a winner, you can redeem your Champions Lounge prize on any UCL match night within the 2016-17 season. The team will contact you to arrange a suitable date.

22. Can I receive a half-price BT Sport subscription if I’m already a customer?
Unfortunately this offer is only open to new customers and there is no cash alternative if you do not wish to use the prize.

23. How much is the half-price BT Sport prize worth?
The value is dependent on the latest BT Sport prices and the level of package the winner wishes to proceed with. Check the Terms and Conditions for more information or visit the BT Sport website: https://www.productsandservices.bt.com/products/bt-sport/

24. I don’t want my prizes, what should I do?
The BT Sport prize is non-transferable with no cash alternative but there is a cash alternative of £1000 available for the Champions Lounge winners.

25. How can I find out who has won the prizes?
All winners’ names and counties will be published at www.winners-list.co.uk/winners for 6 months from 03.06.17.

26. Will you keep my personal information and how will you use them?
The information you provide us is for the purposes of the promotion only and will be kept for the duration of the activity. It will be destroyed at the end of the promotion unless you have opted in to further communications from either Heineken or BT Sport.

27. Will I be asked to participate in publicity?
Winners who are over 25 and who in the opinion of Heineken look over 25 may be required to be part of promotional publicity.
